Brian Turton
Brian’s career started with Strutt and Parker in Sussex, where he found his interests lay in the acquisition and sale of land. He became Regional Land Manager at McCarthy and Stone and progressed to Land and Sales Director for Berkeley Homes.
In 1989, Thomas and Turton was established and Brian has negotiated and overseen land transactions for most of the developers in the South East Region. Clients include McCarthy and Stone, Berkeley Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Rayford Homes, Rydon Homes, Gladedale Homes, Chalvington Barns, Pentland Homes, The Park Lane Group, St. James Investments and Linden Homes, to name but a few. His portfolio of land transactions for private clients is equally extensive.
